Thank you Sherry for this timely reminder. This last year has taught me to value myself and content and expect others to make some contribution. Many have, many have not. What I will say is that before we talk about AI we have to truly understand humanity, what it is, what we are and what undermines our individual and collective humanity. Humanity is different from authenticity. At this stage in humanities existence we can still see glimmers of humanity and I think we need to draw that back into our lives through our writing, our connections and our existence.
Humanity is inconvenient, but is that something you are willing to forgo for the convenience of the machine?
